( Wishshipping is so named because Yuugi Mutou's wish when he finished assembling the Millennium Puzzle was for a true friend. While it is often assumed that Dark Yuugi is the manifestation of that friend, it is also possible that Katsuya Jounouchi represents the true friend: the one that Yuugi never even knew he had until the Millennium Puzzle became involved. Jounouchi also saved Yuugi's life when the puzzle became disassmbled in a burning building, and Yuugi got the opportunity to make another wish- again, dealing with his friends. )
